Surcharge applies to long weekends, Easter & Christmas holidays. All rates are for 2 people per night, Ocean View Room, Standard Room, Family Room additional people $20 per night each.

Deposits for Best Western Yamba Beach Motel & Cancellation or Variation Policy

Any reservation for a non holiday or long weekend period cancelled or varied within 48 hours of the stay date will attract a charge of the full value of the 1st night of the stay. Discount packages will also attract the cost of the 1st night at the full rate, not the discounted rate.

50% non refundable deposits are required for all NSW/QLD Holiday and Long Weekend reservations. These reservations cannot be cancelled without loss of deposit paid. A variation means that deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required for the variation reservation.

For NSW/QLD Holiday or Long Weekend reservations made 14 days prior to stay date, a 48 hour cooling off period applies, so a deposit will be refunded in full if the guest changes his/her mind within 48 hours of making the initial reservation. No cooling off period for reservations made within 14 days of stay date.

NSW/QLD holidays include all public and private school dates.
